Holistic Curriculum with Ayurveda & Sound Healing

Experience yoga beyond the mat. We integrate Ayurvedic principles and Nada Yoga (sound healing) from Day 1, so you gain tools for healing and self-discovery that most trainings don’t offer.

Unlike crowded programs, we cap our classes at 12 trainees. Enjoy personalized attention, one-on-one mentoring, and a family-like support system.

For every student so we can create tailored solutions for every individual which fast tracks their journey, that’s why we keep small batch size up to 12 people.

Our campus in Tapovan, Rishikesh is nestled in the foothills of the Himalayas, just steps from the sacred Ganga River.

We honor traditional Hatha & Ashtanga roots while incorporating modern anatomy and alignment science.

Learn from Yoga Alliance certified teachers and masters who teach with heart, respect your pace, and ensure safe, precise growth.

Become part of a lifelong yoga family with mentorship, alumni network, and teaching opportunities worldwide.

What You’ll Learn

Strong Foundation in Asana & Alignment

Deep dive into Hatha Yoga postures with a focus on alignment and anatomy (inspired by Iyengar techniques). Build strength, flexibility, and injury-free form. Explore additional styles like Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Restorative, and the basics of Ashtanga to broaden your practice.

Start each day with pranayama (breathwork) and guided meditation. Learn techniques from calming Yoga Nidra to energizing Kapalbhati, and understand how breath control transforms your mind and body. Develop a personal meditation practice to carry home with you.

Study the wisdom of classical texts – Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, Upanishads – and learn how to apply yogic philosophy in daily life. Understand concepts of Samkhya philosophy, the 8 Limbs of Yoga, karma theory (Jain Darshana), and more. These insights will deepen your perspective far beyond the physical practice.

Get introduced to the sister science of yoga, Ayurveda. Determine your dosha (Prakriti) through consultations, and learn nutrition & lifestyle tips for yogis. We incorporate Ayurvedic cooking principles in our meals and teach you how to maintain balance off the mat.

A unique highlight of our course – immerse in the yoga of sound. You’ll practice mantra chanting (including the sacred AUM), explore Indian classical music as a form of meditation, and even participate in kirtan evenings. These sound vibrations elevate your consciousness and are powerful tools to use in your teaching.

Step-by-step, we turn practitioners into confident teachers. You’ll learn how to structure classes, give safe adjustments, use props effectively, and communicate with clarity and compassion. Throughout the course, you’ll teach mini-classes to your peers, receive feedback, and refine your skills. By graduation, you will have taught a full class and gained the confidence to lead others. Remember, becoming a good practitioner and sharing the knowledge revealed through self practice is the way to become a great teacher.

Understand the human body in motion. Our anatomy modules (taught in an interactive way) cover key systems, alignment principles, common injuries and modifications. Learn bio-mechanics of asanas, the role of breath and bandhas, and how to practice and teach safely for all body types.

To enrich your journey, we include special sessions like Yoga Nidra deep relaxations, mudra and bandha practices, basic Sanskrit lessons (to grasp mantra meanings and proper pronunciation), and even an introduction to yogic cleansing kriyas (like jal neti). It’s truly a 360° training.

By the end of this program, you’ll have a solid foundation in yoga theory and practice, a deep understanding of yourself, and the credentials to teach worldwide as a Yoga Alliance RYT-200.
