Every question, answered.
Do you provide Yoga Alliance Certification?
Yes. The 200-hour and 300-hour courses are certified by Yoga Alliance.
Which course should I take?

Can I attend a TTC if I am pregnant?

Each course provides personalised attention tailored to your individual yogic journey. Batch size is limited to a maximum of 15 participants.

How is the course structured?
A mix of theory, practice, group discussions, and self-study across 12 days.
