Do you provide Yoga Alliance Certification?

Yes. The 200-hour and 300-hour courses are certified by Yoga Alliance.

The 100-hour or 200-hour is suitable for beginners. If you have two weeks or less, opt for the 100-hour. The 300-hour is for intermediate to advanced practitioners who have already completed a 200-hour TTC.

Yes. Adjustments will be made to accommodate your situation.

Each course provides personalised attention tailored to your individual yogic journey. Batch size is limited to a maximum of 15 participants.

Prakruti is the first school to introduce Sanskrit semantics into the Yoga Teacher Training curriculum in Rishikesh.

Yes. After completing the 300-hour TTC alongside a prior 200-hour TTC, you can register as an RYT-500 with Yoga Alliance.
