Yoga Immersion

Yoga Immersion Course in Rishikesh

The Yoga Immersion Course is designed for those who want to go deeper than a drop-in class can take them without the commitment of a teacher training. Over 14, 23 or 28 days, you practice daily across a full range of disciplines : asana, pranayama, philosophy, meditation, anatomy, vocal activation and Sanskrit.
This course is for beginners and intermediate practitioners. You are guided by experienced teachers in a batch of nine small enough for personal attention to be the norm, not the exception.
What the Retreat Includes
Each day is structured around practice. The schedule gives you one daily Hatha Yoga class and three additional classes of your choice.

A Batch of Nine
The retreat runs with a maximum of nine participants. This is not a logistical detail it is the condition that makes real attention possible. A team of qualified teachers works with you directly, not from a distance.
Personalized attention is not a feature here. It is the default.
The curriculum covers seven areas of practice:
01. Yoga Asanas

Foundational postures building strength, flexibility, and balance, with attention to alignment and mindfulness in the body.

02. Yoga Philosophy

The teachings of the Yoga Sutras and other classical texts, taught for understanding rather than recitation.

03. Meditation

Different techniques to quiet the mind, cultivate inner peace, and develop self-awareness.

04. Anatomy

The structure of the body as it relates to yoga practice, with attention to injury prevention.

05. Pranayama

Breathing techniques that harmonize body and mind, increasing energy and focus.

06. Vocal Activation & Mantras

Vocal exercises and chanting of mantras to activate energy centers and support practice.

07. Sanskrit Semantics

The meanings behind Sanskrit terms, building a direct connection to the language and tradition of yoga.
